Let me guess why you’re here…
Are you struggling to create a self-care routine that works for you?
Do you feel that you can’t find the time to squeeze yoga or meditation into your daily routine because you’re trying to juggling #allthethings between work and other family/life obligations?
Are you finding that whenever you muster up the motivation to squeeze in those precious moments of silence that you get distracted by your kids or hubby (or maybe even your dog barking)?
I CAN HEAR YOU, I CAN SEE YOU, AND I CAN UNDERSTAND YOU
I’m here to help
I use yoga, meditation, and mindset work to help you tap into your most inner authentic self.
I can help you find your focus and stay motivated, create boundaries around physical space, and establish discipline in creating a daily routine.
It wasn’t always like this…
Everything changed the night I found myself curled up in a ball on my couch crying
I had been in this dark hole for days. Not knowing what to do I found myself at a crossroads.
I was hopeless, lost, and ready to give up on the world.
Let’s rewind for a second….I had found myself going through so many life changes.
For months I had been a workaholic, living on caffeine, and no sleep.
Then poof! The next 30 days everything changed.
I started a new job, ended a relationship, and moved into a new place.
I was starting my life from scratch.
The anxiety kicked in, I felt depressed, and it was easier to cave to the emotion and the stress rather than looking for the silver lining.
One night I knew I did not want to feel that way anymore
I needed a change! Something had to give.
A friend reached out and gave me the hope I was looking for. The breakthrough happened!
I was introduced to mindful yoga, meditation and sharing. My mindset was given a reboot on how to look at the world around me and inside me. I changed my daily routine, my diet and started adding healthy alternatives to my lifestyle.
I took on a new physical, mind, and spirit. That new journey in my life gave me the hope that I could be happy, healthy, and fulfilled.
I became the driven and motivated woman I knew I could be
I began my 200 hour Kundalini yoga teacher training to deepen my practice. I began a weight training routine at the gym. I started eating better and sleeping better. I started getting rid of parts of my life that no longer served me.
My quality of life changed. The way I view myself and the world around me changed.
I honestly am able to look in the mirror every day and say “I love myself!”.
That’s why I do what I do!
how it would feel to wake up in the morning and look forward to your day
how it would feel to be grounded and balanced throughout your day
how it will feel to not be sick all of the time
how it would feel to get a good night's sleep every night
how it would feel to be happy
